The location is in a sketchy area of Oshawa and had concerns leaving my car there . I ordered 12 furniture pads and only received 3 upon arrival in the back of truck.

Terrible customer service, the location does not answer their phone, the location is not open during their advertised business hours. They charge insane fuel because “they” said it was left lower then picked up. We literally put 25km on the truck and got hit with a significant charge for fuel. Do not go here. In fact maybe don’t use U-Haul.
