Truck smelt like a carton of cigarettes was just smoked in it and I got charged for 3 days when I had the rental for less than 24 hours worst U-Haul experience yet!!
Quinton MREAD THIS BEFORE SELECTING THIS LOCATION: The pick up location is an abandoned building with a banner sign. There is no one on the premises to offer assistance. I requested a hand truck and it was not provided. I rented the 15 foot truck which was in poor condition. The engine needs servicing, the truck ran very rough and the engine felt like it was skipping while idling. The cab smelled like old cigarettes and needs cleaning. Getting the key out of the lock box was easy enough and so was returning the truck. However, the location was not good. Don't expect any customer service at this location. Even though it says they open at 9am no one was on there.
Ian HPick up location was abandoned and sketchy. Truck was not cleaned at all. The cargo area was filthy. The inside of the truck was worse. It smelled like old cigarettes. The cab had rips in the seats, cracks in the windshield, broken seatbelts and more.
Ryan SMy Uhaul died and I had to have it jumped and it took an hour and a half to successfully pick up the truck. On top of that they sent me to a location that was 45 mins away from me due to lack of availability. The drop off was the only good part.
