This was a horrible experience. Truck share didn’t recognize this was a contactless location. Then when we got someone on the phone we had to try opening four different lock boxes before determining the manager of the site hadn’t left us a key. The crowded little parking lot is not maintained at all. The tall weeds along the road frontage block the view of the fast moving, truck-heavy traffic making it very dangerous to get out of the lot. We ended up with a different truck that was too big and didn’t have an appliance dolly. I had to rent one from Home Depot for $30. The truck only had less than half a tank but I was charged over $11 for gas on return. I just paid because it wasn’t worth another 1/2 hour waiting to try to get through to someone. The way I figure, U-Haul owes me $30 and a big apology. I’ll try a different company next time. And, even if I used U-Haul, I would never use truck share and never ever go to that location.

Overgrown weeds, trash, and even abandoned furniture surrounding the trucks. The building has been abandoned for years. I took photos and would like to forward to you. Please send an email link that I can attach the photos. U-Haul should not damage their image by having this a pickup location.

Tiffany SProbably the worst experience I’ve ever had with uhaul. The truck I picked wouldn’t even start. Had to get a different one. Spent 4 hours with customer service just to get put in a different vehicle and have my reservation kept. They gave me nothing for my time; didn’t extend my reservation the 4 hours spent with customer service or anything. Uhaul is an absolute joke of a company. I’ll never use them again, I’d rather go with anyone else.
