The U-Haul smelled like cigarette smoke, it was dirty in the cab and in the very back. Trying to get in contact with anyone in the office sucked. I had to call the 800 number like 3-4 times and they were so very helpful. I will never use the U-Haul app again. Worst experience ever!!

Jose PThey never signed in my return. I had to call uhaul to tell them I dropped the trailer off after I was sent emails stating I was overdue, 4 days later. It takes over 30 minutes to get a answer from uhaul!

PAULA TI returned the trailer to an empty parking lot - no one there except the homeless people sleeping under/behind a box trailer. “They told me that no one was here and they were closed. I was somewhat undecided what to do - just leave the trailer there? After pondering a bit , I called the number on the contract. They told me someone was coming. They came and ran the homeless people off. We finished the paperwork and then informed me I was late in returning the rental and was imposed a late fee. Obviously not what I expected. They told me they had nothing to do with this and to call U-Haul. I had rented the trailer to close out my business- due to Covid repercussions. During my trip the back tire blew out. We were stuck for about an hour off the road. The service recovery was excellent. Made for a long trip but thankfully uneventful. If you were to ask me about U-Haul performance, I would grade you well, however, I waited over an hour to get my trailer at the pickup (understaffed and busy), then had a flat, then dealt with the return experience- then to be told I was penalized for being an hour late. Maybe you should reverse my $26 late fee?? Thanks for asking!.

WILLIAM NThe person checking me in for my reservation was rude and had an extremely confrontational attitude when checking out the truck. I'm a paying customer and won't recommend anyone else pay to be treated like that.

Bryan DMy experience with this location was great. I had to extend the truck for one day which required me to communicate with the corporate customer service . That has been a nightmare. A $51.55 hold was placed on my card on March 9th and nobody wants to help me get the money freed up. The bank points their finger at U-Haul and vise versa. When I asked the U-Haul rep to stop speaking to me in a demeaning manner, she only got louder. When I asked to speak with a manager, she simply ended the call. I would deal with local businesses like this one w/o the toll free customer service, as my experiences were rude encounters with zero solutions.

Joe WIt was very disappointing to not be at a real Uhaul place as this location could not help with the hitch, electrical plug and did not have any moving supplies. I made my reservation 2 weeks in advance to be at the Nevada location and that request was not honored. Frustrating!!
Bobbi KManger was very nice. He allowed me the option of cleaning up the vehicle cabin myself, instead of charging me a clean-out fee. I appreciate that. the location is a bit unusual the way it is set up. The signage on the north side of the street is good. however the lot on the south side of the street has very little markings and no u-haul equipment. So my suggestion would be a lighted sign on the south side.

william kOld man took almost 30 min to get me on the road. He apparently did not know how to scan my ID, and did not have the dolly in the truck. The truck only had 1/4 tank, which was an inconvenience.

Lisa KThere was no room to drop of equipment due to the general public parking poorly in an already tight parking lot. After 45 minutes or so, I was able to drop the trailer in an acceptable spot, but only with great difficulty.
Max PUhaul has consistently provided great customer service to me when I used them 4 times in one year.
