My problem wasn't with Oliva location. My problem is with the Uhaul website which works hard to drive customers away. I was looking for a 5x9 trailer with a ramp. There was one at the Mike Liquor location in Broomfield which was right on the route I needed to go but the website wouldn't show it available. The website wouldn't show a 5x9 trailer at the Oliva location either even though there were two on site. The Oliva folks did good work to help me out and get me the trailer I needed. the only problem was that they were located in the opposite direction I needed to go.DALE N.

U-Haul's main office and website are a mess. Confirmed my rental at one location and changed it to another location just before time for pick-up. Charges were rediculous to start and got higher by pick-up. My friend went to pick-up my one day, $577 car hauler rental and was given a tow dolly. Had to go back to get the right one. Complete cluster start to finish and WAAAYYYY overpricedSarah H.

Your online ordering system Is flat out broke. If you can't get me a truck that's okay but don't tell me I have a confirmed reservation if I don't have a truck available. There are other companies or other sizes or trailers I could have used but you told me I had a confirmed reservation for 1200 and it wasn't really available until 1700. That's just bad business. We got a 10' truck and it worked and we would have scheduled that without the headache if your system gave us that option instead of telling me the 17' was available.Ryan K.

I liked the location but the experience overall was unacceptable. I ordered a 17 foot truck to be picked up at 8am. All that was available was a 15 foot truck and the place didn't open until 9am. I had to pay staff for sitting around for 30 minutes and I incurred $128 more in expenses because the truck wasn't the size I ordered. I would like a credit towards my next rental or partial refund for this rental. I don't feel this is the fault of the local pick-up location but rather the fault of the online reservations system.RYAN K.

Carlos was so helpful when I picked up the truck. His customer service skills are outstandingl, can't say much for the older gentleman that was there when I dropped off, very rude and if he's the one that I'd encountered my thoughts would have been very different. It was my 1st time returning a truck using the text that was sent me and I wasn't familiar with it, this older gentleman acted like I was bothering him with my lack of understanding. Regret I didn't get his name but he may be the owner or manager at this location.DAVID L.

The signage was misleading. It said they were closed and I needed to mobile check out. I was then informed that I couldn't mobile checkout. I the pick up location itself is a huge pain in the ass! My pickup location was moved 3-4 times. I have never had a more challenging time renting from Uhaul. This experience has definitely soured me for using your services again.Michael T.
I bought wiper blades and the I call roadside assistance and they told me to get them and save my receipt and I would be refunded at the end. After 1 hr on the phone with customer service and road side assistance, they couldn't get find my contact nor that I never called roadside assistance for help. The trucks heater did not work and did not have another truck in a 26' to change to and the truck would shutter when you got above 55 MPH. It would have been good to know to sign in online before you drop the keys in the slot for returnNicholas C.

This was not the location that I had chosen to rent from, and earlier in the week I was told that the only location I could pick the trailer I ordered up was this one which was 30 miles away from where I reserved.
