After hours drop off area is dark dark dark!!! Some individuals may not be comfortable driving back there.
Jason UI ordered a 15 foot van two weeks in advance because of the tight location. They had a 15 foot on the lot but said it had been reserved?? The essentially said I could either take a 20 foot van or walk. Drove the van 400 miles half full. This is the second time you will failed to honor their contract. Called regional manager twice no response.
Patrick TPlease update your online pick up/return system. It was a nightmare. Thankfully, the lovely folks at Oliva Auto Sales made picking up and returning the truck a breeze!
