When i pickedup the dolly i noticed wiring damaged, i was told it was becauae light style changed, being a mechanic i know better. Upon attaching it to the vehicle, tail lights did not work, i was told that it was because my truck had auto head ligjts and the tail lights will come on with auto lights. Really? Brake lights would go on and off with bumps. And drop off was so dark that it was hard to drop it off safely. In a few words really bad experience, i have rented before and never had a problem. Seriously thinking about buying my own trailer to avoid renting ever again.

There is very little parking at this facility. Also, it's confusing to figure out where to go to get the keys for the truck and the secretary, well extremely nice, did not know about the online check-in process. Overall, they were very nice people and very accommodating, but it seems like they are a bit behind the times On the computer/phone app and also the parking situation there is terrible

The self service was awful we were late to pick up our storage by an hour because the self service was not working. The truck also needed maintence.

Customer service was horrible. Wrong information given when we called, then when we got there (still getting wrong information from the agent) someone else had to correct her, we were sent to buy the correct hitch. (10 min) Then upon return we found the office locked, no wire harness and no furniture dollys. We were charged for all. We also got a rude customer service agent after calling 1800gouhaul and asking for a refund on charges.(She placed blame on us) Really the worst experience ever with uhaul. After using U-haul for over 20 years, don't know if I ever will again.

We booked online 26' truck but was told that truck got double booked and ended up with a small truck took us 6 round trips to finish our move. We also did not get our plastic bed bags, wraps, or dollies. We had to go rent dollies from another uhaul. Not happy with service online booking or this location.

I originally requested a 17 ft truck. I received a confirmation call. Then I was contacted again and told there were no 17 ft trucks available but there was a 15 ft truck. So I agreed to that one. Then I received another call and they said there were no 15 ft trucks available only 10 ft. Then the kid kept telling me he was going to give me the equivalent of the milage charge for free but I realize now he was adding some smart move option on, I hadn't originally selected that option so it wasn't really giving me any discount for the inconvenience. We had to make more trips because of the smaller truck which resulted in higher milage as well so the whole thing probably cost me more then it should have. Also, when I initially made the reservation I made it until 8 pm but after picking up the truck the paperwork said 6pm so I had to take more of my moving time and sit on hold while they figured that out. Not a very smooth experience.

I ordered a uhaul and was told it would be at this location and it wasn't. They accommodated this and I got a bigger truck. No big deal. I was told just to put the keys in the after hours box and sweep it out. I was an hour late on the return and I get a bill for an extra$170. Apparently they charge you for the truck while they are closed even though it was returned. Apparently I am supposed to check it in online?!?! How am I supposed to know this?

The trailers do not come with jacks, so hooking it up by myself was impossible. Thankful one of the workers was able to help. The trailer also had a broken piece on the fender that looked like it was helded and broken again. The trailer brake did not work.

Customer service was good easy quick. Vehicle was not that good shape plastic bumber cover fell off while driving suspension was bad and ramp was to short for 26 foot truck was really steep .and difficult to get furniture up and down .wasn't good day

Employees were rude. I did not receive truck till 4:14 but contract stated 4:08. Asked employee if I returned st 4:14 would I be responsible to pay an extra day...his response was not sure, most likely. ALL other locations always give me lead way time. *at least 10 min** Then employee 2 gave me smart remark regarding not purchasing insurance. That was not called for. Then upon returning truck rep informs me there is no change and I will basically lose $4/$5. After I refused she "found" change. Secondly, I returned truck with more gas then 1/4 I received it with. Other UHaul Lovationd provide a minimal credit, NOT HERE. Will not rent here st OLIVIAS FURNITURE any more.
