I ordered a 15 foot van two weeks in advance because of the tight location. They had a 15 foot on the lot but said it had been reserved?? The essentially said I could either take a 20 foot van or walk. Drove the van 400 miles half full. This is the second time you will failed to honor their contract. Called regional manager twice no response.

Martin TDropped off the truck back before my 24 hours. Dealership was closed the next 2 days. When they checked the truck back in they tried to charge me for the 2 days. Also tried to charge me for gas when it was exactly where it was when I picked it up and they also charged me 10 more miles then I drove. Will not rent from them again.
