Martin TDropped off the truck back before my 24 hours. Dealership was closed the next 2 days. When they checked the truck back in they tried to charge me for the 2 days. Also tried to charge me for gas when it was exactly where it was when I picked it up and they also charged me 10 more miles then I drove. Will not rent from them again.
DEBBRA TThe U-Haul I used would not go over 30 miles an hour, I don’t know what was going on. I had the U-Haul for about 4.5 hours and had only driven it a total roughly of 30 minutes, I had to wait about 2 hours for my help to arrive for the move but other than the vehicle not going past 30 mph everything was good!
