You should not give this location uhual access because they are not knowledgeable of the service at all. The uhual was given to me without a lift and so you can imagine how my furniture was put on the vehicle. BACK BREAKING LITERALLY . I picked the uhual up and was given 4 hours but soon as I left I got a text saying I only had 3 hours LEFT. The whole time i was called back to back to back and was constantly rushed but then told take my time.... I would like to warn you to never ever use these services at this location because once it's all done, you are gonna be overcharged and under serviced. WARNINGsherry H.

It would be nice to give a refund when the amount of gas put in the truck by the person renting was returned an overful , or deduct the overage off mileage used , a curtesy for renters.Debra P.

When you have an appointment to pick up at this location, please call ahead to make sure their computers are working. My pick- up time was 9am, it was after 2pm, I received no phone calls and when I did call shortly before 2pm, I was told I would have to go to Little Rock, AR from Pine Bluff only to have to come back to PB to load my belongings. This would have put me way over mileage which was 384 miles because I was moving out of town. My son had to call to get someone to come back to the location which had closed without us being told anything.Diana P.

This isn't where I dropped off the truck. This is a different location as well. The drop off location I was given was on s hazel st in pine bluff ar. Not south olive. The people from s olive called me wanting to know when I was going to return the truck, after I had already taken it to the s hazel location. This is very frustrating. I'm not sure I will use U-haul again. It just seems that since everything is linked by computer, then the pickup and drop off locations should be correct.LYNN L.

When I dropped off the truck, I wanted to rent a storage unit from them, long term. In three places (online, inside the truck, and a sign on their wall), it is stated that I am entitled to one month's free rent. They would not honor that, stating that it not their policy, even though it is a U-Haul policy. So, I went to Access Storage, about 1 1/2 miles away, and rented from them. It cost a little more, but it was worth it, because of their honest treatment of me as a customer.MICHEL G.
This small business is closed on weekends so the contract agreement was required to be signed on Friday because it was a one-way rental. An extra 100 mile drive was required to sign the contract, causing extra time and cost to move.BRENDA R.

We had told them and reserved the truck 2 1/2 weeks and the day before we were to pick it up, it was not there. They tried to get us to drive over 40 to 50 miles to get it. We got it worked out in the end, but not after telling them we would go to the BBB and report it.KEVIN J.

Equipment was clean. Had a flat tire 8 miles south of Little Rock, AR. Repair was dispatched from 90 miles away , & I had to wait an hour & a half (this doesn't make sense right outside of a major city). Truck only had 9000 or so miles on it, tire was badly worn, looked like it had 30,000 + miles on it and had come off of an older truck.Dan W.

I would not recommend the White Hall location the lady there is very rude. When I found out I was to return my equipment to the Pine Bluff location I felt a little better. Then when I got there I was surprised at the difference in the attitude and the service. It was as if I was in a different world. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to visit the Olive Street Storage store.Steven H.
