Derrick TCharged me $106.00 for 24 gallons of fuel i didn't use. I put 11 miles on the truck, you do the math! This is not the first time this dealer has done this. U-haul should really do something about this.
Greg MWhen I arrived at the drop off site there was a man outside in his car , he got out and asked for the key .. I didn’t know if he was working there or not ,got in his car and left the site . There were broken bottles on the ground everywhere and trash was all over the place . I stopped on Gray highway and fulled the tank to 1/4 the drop off was about two miles down the road . On Sunday I was charged a gas fee , I’m still waiting on a call from this number that I was given 478-733-9038, I’ve made several attempts and was sent a message that they would call me and still haven’t received a call . As I was filling the truck up I watched the gas hand until it reached 1/4 tank . Can someone give me a call 478-832-0973 as I want a refund on the $66 dollars I was charged. Thank you Johnny Singleton

Roosevelt PMy overfall experience was terrible in obtaining the rental, but had nothing to do with the final rental site. I reserved a 20’ vehicle on 4/20/22 and was contacted a few days prior to say the vehicle was not available at the original site on Gray Highway, instead would be at a 2nd location. I arrived by uber and they didn’t have a vehicle to rent of any type and the computer couldn’t upload the program to see any more about the reservation (even an hour later, the system had not come up). They advised me to go to another site - another uber trip ,but that site didn’t rent uhaul vehicles for the last month. Finally someone called from uhaul stating they only could find a 15’ vehicle - another more expensive uber ride to finally pick it up. No blankets available for rent from any sites nearby so had to buy at harbour freight. I’m fully disgusted with this experience - over the years the rentals have become more and more sloppy with a simple shrug from corporate. You have lost me as a future customer.

TERRY KWaited an hour and a half. Terrible lack of communication, went in between grey hwy location and this location 3 different times. Dealer had computers down as well. Overall a cluster f. If a customer has an appointment for 10, it usually means 10. Not just whenever you can show you. Pathetic

LUTHER WThis was the worst experience I have ever had at any UHaul. The person that rented it to me refused to hook up the trailor to my car. He said he wasn't contracted to touch it. He finally just put the trailor onto my hitch and told me it was ok. Never adjusted anything. The trailor then came off on the interstate while I was driving my car. The trailor swung violently back and forth attached only by the chains. The trailor ended up damaging the rear and side of my car and ended up across the interstate...stopping all traffic on I-75. I will now think twice about where I will rent a Uhaul.
TODD SThere is nothing to label this place as a Uhaul dealer. The people working here no very little about Uhaul. They told me one thing but did the absolutely opposite.

Adam SThe truck had roaches in it when we opened to inspect it. We had to bug bomb the inside and let it sit before using it. The spray came from the dealer, so obviously not the first time for that problem. The floor was filthy, which means that everything brought into my new home was filthy too.

Fernando GHire a professional to take care of the Uhaul because Mr.Oliver can not handle any situation when it comes to the Uhaul.
RICHARD DI checked in on the website prior to my visit. The manager had a problem pulling up a picture of my ID and information so I had to resubmit it. He also had to make a call to IT. He asked me to check the gas tank and truck while he sat inside. The process time was supposed to be cut in half because I checked in online. I spent nearly an hour at the store to get this U-Haul. The manager was kind but he needs more training so the overall process can be more efficient for customers. I paid a lot of money for that truck and thought it was going to be a smoother process.
Sabrina BLocated in bad neighborhood would not go there at night, parking lot had no room to park truck, returning truck via phone did not work, would not recognize my location.
Barry MNobody was available at the pick up location at the time of my reservation. I had to call U-Haul to contact the store owner. I waited in the parking lot for more than 30 minutes.
