Derrick TCharged me $106.00 for 24 gallons of fuel i didn't use. I put 11 miles on the truck, you do the math! This is not the first time this dealer has done this. U-haul should really do something about this.
Greg MWhen I arrived at the drop off site there was a man outside in his car , he got out and asked for the key .. I didn’t know if he was working there or not ,got in his car and left the site . There were broken bottles on the ground everywhere and trash was all over the place . I stopped on Gray highway and fulled the tank to 1/4 the drop off was about two miles down the road . On Sunday I was charged a gas fee , I’m still waiting on a call from this number that I was given 478-733-9038, I’ve made several attempts and was sent a message that they would call me and still haven’t received a call . As I was filling the truck up I watched the gas hand until it reached 1/4 tank . Can someone give me a call 478-832-0973 as I want a refund on the $66 dollars I was charged.
