Well where do I start. The original truck I had smelled like body odor so bad that I had to roll the window down the whole time. When I went to get gas in it there was a massive leak. When I called the location to pick it up he told us that it was not his problem and that we had to call U-Haul. No ownership at all. We did get swapped easily into a nicer, bigger truck. Things happen, I get it, but it was not a very pleasant experience.

Robert MAgain, I was supposed to drop off in Staples and they changed the location to Wadena. Another 40 minutes of my life I would never get back. I called and complained and they gave me a different location in Staples.

Jason BA better way to drop off in drop box that shows time & day dropped off. We dropped off a day early; & then had to call Uhaul to dispute 2 extra days of usage.
gregory nThe pickup and drop off locations were fine. The equipment was fine but not necessarily clean. The problem is with your internal organization based in Fargo, ND. I reserved the equipment a month and a half before I needed it. I called 3 days (Weds) before picking it up at the original location of Perham, MN. He knew nothing of order and referred me to Fargo. I call Fargo and she tells me I have to pick up the equipment in Staples, MN the next day because they are close Friday & Saturday. I lose a day of work! go to Staples, they have the equipment, but I can't take the trailer because it was double booked. So, I had to wait an extra hour so they can bring another trailer from Brainerd, MN. Then to find out that they are open Fridays & Saturdays, so I could have picked the equip. on Saturday like I originally scheduled and didn't have to lose a day of work!! I have never witnessed such a dysfunctional organization as this. I will never use U-Haul for moving again! The lack of organization and communication with your dealers is pathetic! The dealerships were wonderful to deal with! But they really had to struggle to satisfy YOUR customers because of your lack of communication!

jess hDo his book work every day. sent bill charges not correct we brought it back on the 5th he said the 8th charged for 3 days also said we were over miles not charged for that We did not receive till July 9th ????

Jerome CWell they charged me 20 dollars because the gas gauge was barely under the 1/2 tank line when i picked it up i wasnt gonna stop and put $5 dollars in it but i guess i should of since you guys charged me so much for the gas.
