Not sure if you have to rent a dolly but it would be nice to have one on the trucks

MICHAEL DNothing! My son who had the only truck in the family had to go out of town last minute when my daughter was moving into her dorm. I called my local U-Haul site and was immediately assisted on a Saturday morning! The staff member was super understanding and friendly and I was in/out under 30 minutes with my rental. Thank you for your service. My daughter was able to get moved in and we lovingly named our truck Big Birtha.

jill PDisaster. Arrived on time for my pick up. Rented on line and had a reservation. Tried to use the online rental app but was told there was not any trucks available while there were ones sitting at the location. Was told to go to another location near by which had the truck I wanted but it didn’t have anything so I returned and called the telephone number and got a nice person who said the system showed my reservation was 30 miles away. i immediately asked for a supervisor who was great. With his help I had the keys to my truck within 15 minutes.

Kelly WUpon arrival to my new city, I called per the highlighted instructions on my instruction sheet and no one knew why I was calling. I arrived and met with a friendly woman who stated she needed to verify if I could drop off the truck at her location. I explained it was on the sheet so she told me to leave the key and if there was any issue she would handle it. She also told me if I owed any additional monies I would receive an e-mail. We had no further interaction. No one looked at the truck, gas etc. The drop off took about three minutes. Although the interaction was extremely easy, It was very non personal. There were no questions about the truck or travel which I felt would have been routine. This experience was no where as satisfying as the pickup in Missouri.

Douglas SEveryone at this location was super helpful, and very easy to work with. The only feedback I have for improvement, is not with the individual location, it is with U-Haul company polucy overall. It would be nice if every vehicle you pick up was completely full of gas, and then you had to return it completely full, instead of any increments between. It would just make starting out on your move and while you’re doing your move, so much easier if it were completely topped off. Then not trying to guess how much to put in when you are about to return, and just topping off to full again.

Luis AIf you need a uhaul this is the place. I’m an entrepreneur and this place is the only one in town with the Uhaul van. It’s very convenient if you’re doing pop up events. Nice and friendly people, very clean, & most of all great customer service ❤️👍🏾

dawn fRented the truck to tow a trailer and because the ball hitch was to short, the trailer wouldn't fit. I was 2 miles round trip from where I rented it, and only had the truck for approximately 20 minutes, it cost me 42.00 dollars for nothing.
