(1) Although the cargo box was clean, the cab was not; floors and dashboard were both dirty. (2) Check-engine light and tire-warning light were on most of the time. (3) I don't think the fuel gauge was accurate; started at 3/4 tank but after only 10 miles gauge was down to 1/2. So I filled up, but after another 90 miles the fuel gauge was barely below Full. As a result I returned the truck with much more gas than when I picked it up. IMPORTANT: Customers should receive truck with a FULL tank, not at 3/4. Customers cannot guess how much fuel to add to get it to 3/4. The extra gas is a windfall to the UHaul dealer and that is not an acceptable business practice. (4) The doors to the cab did not seal completely. When we drove through heavy rain, water leaked onto both driver and passenger. The 10-foot Uhaul truck at Olympic Crown Storage needs to be retired and replaced. Also, I should get a partial refund to compensate for the poor condition of the truck, getting rained on while inside it, and for the needless extra fuel that I had to put into it. I ask for a 50% refund, or $100.00.

The staff was friendly and tried to help but the inventory system was messed up. There was not a vehicle for us. We had to drive 45 mins away (Salisbury) to pick up a truck. We lost 1.5 hrs of our time and had to pay for more gas. The area manager was not available to help resolve the situation
