There is no clear sign, and multiple warehouses to look for U-Haul

The only person at the location was friendly but he don’t speak English (only French) and he didn’t know what to do at all so he got me someone else on the phone who took forever. So a process that was supposed to take 10 min (I rented from you before) took 40 min and was extremely confusing.
