No signage to help find; didn't realize I had to do mobile pickup. People very nice, but i should have been told ahead of time. Truck had no way to lock (usually available ba k match).

There is no clear sign, and multiple warehouses to look for U-Haul
IGOR SThe only person at the location was friendly but he don’t speak English (only French) and he didn’t know what to do at all so he got me someone else on the phone who took forever. So a process that was supposed to take 10 min (I rented from you before) took 40 min and was extremely confusing.
