I received a text message from the management team at this u haul location, to confirm that , I knew where to drop off the trailer. When I arrived , he walked out of an assisted me. Very fast process. Thanks guys!

You can’t always believe everything you hear or read on the internet. Our experience with this team was exceptional, professional, courteous, and genuinely committed to ensuring we were well taken care of. I’ve never had a U-Haul location personally follow up with a phone call *after* a rental was completed, simply because the return was after hours and they didn’t get the chance to speak with me in person. That level of care and attention truly stood out. KEEP IT UP OMNISPARKLE! 10 out of 10 highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I scheduled my truck pickup for 12 noon on Saturday 12/14/25 at this location...exactly when it was supposed to open. No one showed up by noon to open the location. I called the number of the location after 12 noon and no one answered. I then called the National U-Haul phone number to see if someone at National had the business phone number for the location to make contact with someone to open the location. While I was getting transferred around at National, the employee that was supposed to open the location for the day (noon to 4:30 pm) finally showed up around 12:15. At first, I was given a key to my truck, but no printed contract to take with me to show law enforcement I was legit in case I was pulled over for any reason. So, I had to ask for a copy of my contract, which was then supplied to me. Upon return around 3 pm on Sunday 12/15/25, no one was at the location to receive my truck return even though the posted hours for Sunday there are 12 noon to 4:30 pm. I had to call the location's phone number to try to find someone to open the location AGAIN! At least this time, someone did answer the phone right way. The person I talked to said they weren't in the office because they were "making rounds." Since this location is named "Omnisparkle Janitorial Service LLC", the rounds probably meant that the person was attending to paid janitorial gigs elsewhere. I was told to park and lock the truck, then put the key in the secure key drop box...which I did. Thankfully, I have rented from U-Haul over 25 times in my lifetime and knew what to do/what to ask going in for pick-up and drop-off. The customer service at this location sucked! Don't use this location...unless you want to have to fight to get business accomplished with the people that work there! It will likely take phone calls to get done what you want to get done.

Self service process felt confusing with the locations of the trucks in regards to where the key boxes were. Would have preferred to have a U-Haul employee there to assist.

I was charge an insurance fee and safe something fee which I ask not to use for this rental. That is the 2nd time U-Haul has done this

This location had the best Drop off directions I've ever received from a Uhual location. Mr. Scurry Sent a photo showing a picture of the site along with instructions on where to go, where to park the truck and trailer and also where to drop the keys thereafter. He also followed up with me to ensure that my experience was top notch. This location comes highly recommended!!!!! 10 STARS!!!!!!!

I was in need of a Tow Dolly at the last minute, and I was able to walk into this this location this morning and rent one with little to no issues. I was having issues u loading my DL, Lee and team walked me through this process and got me on my way. I will definitely return.

I was charged for more than just the trail rental. Insurance and something else I did not order. It was just supposed to be a basic trailer rental no ups or extras.

Pick-up location was changed last minute & I was told over the phone this was the closest location that had my equipment available. Drove my the original location, which had the truck parked in the lot, as well as two other locations that also had MULTIPLE trucks parked in view of the street. Super disrespectful & unreasonable considering customers pay by the mile. Then we show up to have difficulty getting the keys from the drop box AND there’s no furniture pads in the truck,

The online check in was lengthy and more unnecessary than required. I should have been able to verify my documents ahead of time to make for a quicker sign in. Also, the lock took over 10 minutes to open. It was stuck. All these issues caused me to be 20 minutes late with my movers. :/

No clear signage to the office. Had to ask other businesses in the building which office it was. No one in the office Phone not answered at pick or drop off (multiple phone numbers)

Dropped off after hours, the app did not have a return option, the web based return would not connect to my camera, so I am thinking I will be charged extra, which I did not know was a thing until actual drop off

It was a hard to find the U-Haul office after getting the trailer return to the return lot at 5101 E. University Dr. in Denton, TX. The vehicle lot and the U-Haul office are not collocated. The building needs to have improved signage, so the U-Haul office is clearly identified relative to the truck/trailer lot. The hours of 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. are inconvenient as well. Lee (U-Haul location manager) was very friendly, quick and helpful -- once I found him.

Firstly, the location was closed when I reached there. I helped myself to attach the trailer. I didn’t opt for safe tow but I was charged extra for this Safe tow. When returning the trailer, I was late by 1 hr and I was charged extra day.

The Denton Black Chamber of Commerce recently rented a 20-foot U-Haul truck and a pickup truck from Lee R. Scurry Sr. for the Denton Blues Festival. We were extremely impressed with the exceptional service and high level of professionalism provided by the team. The rental process was seamless, and the vehicles were in excellent condition. We highly recommend this location for any rental needs and will undoubtedly be returning in the future.
