I was sent to more than one location to pick up my rental. I reserved a dolly and did not get one. I passed three u-haul places before arriving at the second location I was sent to since the first location did not have my truck. It seems us back an hour in moving. I was also told I would get a $50 credit for the inconvenience. I was charged $80 today and no credit. The mileage should also not have been so much since U-Haul made the mistakes. I am extremely angry and will not use U-Haul again.
