This store is dishonest in charging for gas. I rented a 15 foot truck of the same size from Walnut last week and drove 111 miles and used 10.5 gallons of gas. But this store charged me 7 gallons of gas for 14 miles. 2 miles per gallon? Is Uhaul so fuel-efficient? This store is very dishonest and I don't think I will patronize this store again.

I recently rented a U-Haul for a move, and overall, the experience was smooth. The online booking process was easy, and pickup was quick with minimal wait time. The van was clean and in good condition. Returning the vehicle was hassle-free, and the staff was helpful. I’d recommend this U-Haul location for a budget-friendly moving option.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. To start, when you call the main line, the guy just answers with "Hello.....". No greeting or confirmation of where we are calling. Talk about unprofessional! Lastly, they overcharged us by a day. We have put in two calls now and no call back. The guys were nice when we picked up, and the vans seemed to be pretty new, but this has been extremely frustrating. "

The location was great and I enjoyed the rental UNTIL I rented a cargo van from another location and got a Dodge van that was sooo much bigger. Just saying

Friendly service but was charged the extra $15 for insurance when I declined it on the initial reservation (and this was confirmed at check in). Not sure if this was accidental or not but it was an unpleasant surprise to get dinged an extra $15 on a weekend return when the office was closed.

I rented from here to move my bed frame and dining table... The truck was clean and the staff vey helpful. This location was very easy to find and has parking for personal cars.

We rented from this location and, while it wasn't the main location in Tustin, I'm so glad I chose this one. I stupidly lost the key during the rental and roadside assistance sent a locksmith that made a key to lock and unlock the door but couldn't get it to start the vehicle. The employee and manager at One 30 LLC walked me through programming the key to the truck and I was able to get myself out of the pickle that I created. Thank you so much for the great customer service!

I hope I could get my receipt immediately when I returned the truck. I was not sent a link for returning the truck. I never received a receipt until I called the Uhaul. The staff were very friendly, but there were some miscommunication issues.
