suon tNot the location I chose online for drop off. Added more time to my commute and extra mileage for which I was charged more. Also was charged more for gas despite filling the tank beyond what was there when I picked it up. I have photos to confirm this. I haven’t used U-Haul in 30 years. This was a reminder why.
Mark MI dropped trailer of after hours same day, customer service called me next day at noon asking when I plan on dropping trailer off. So apparently no one checked it in at facility. Took 20 minutes to clear that up...
