My experience was terrible. I reserved a U-Haul truck from the location next door to my townhouse community more than a week in advance. This would have meant less than 10 miles of total truck usage. However, on the morning of my rental, I received a call telling me that my reserved truck was not available at the requested location and that I would need to drive 6.5 miles just to pick one up. When I arrived at the new U-Haul location, I received another call from customer service saying I was more than 15 minutes late, even though I was standing in line at the gas station waiting to be helped with the U-Haul pickup. Once I finally got to the clerk, I was told the truck was not available because the system had already assigned it to an out-of-town move days before. He said it was never listed as a local rental and not sure why they sent me to that location. I then had to call U-Haul again to ask how they planned to make this right, and I was told I would need to drive to yet another U-Haul location 5 miles away from the one they had just sent me to. Overall, this was a terrible and frustrating experience with U-Haul. If a reserved truck will be released after only 15 minutes, U-Haul needs to be transparent about that policy at the time of booking so customers are aware of the company’s internal process

Michael SThey told me they didn't have the rental i reserved and it was in the parking lot and someone's else was renting it the next day and that I needed to pay more and take the bigger truck which I informed then that was not happening I reserved the one in parking lot a few days before he still was giving me issues saying it's reserved for someone tomorrow at 10am I have it reserved for me to use for 24 hours I ended up calling uhaul and he magically decide I can have the one I reserved I definitely do not recommend this location and will Not use again from here the process for getting the truck took an hour for no reason.

KELLY HIf you are going to charge people for an extension, please make sure every charge is properly explained. I was informed a day extra would be the cost of the truck, but then they also charged me for an extra day of many MANY other things. Absolutely horseshit. I don't mind paying extra if you are honest with me. I will certainly be telling everyone I know how trash of an experience this was.

The people at the drop off were confused when I told them I did the return process already and just needed to drop off a key. Took about 30 minutes to get it returned because of the phone signal issues but still super easy lots of parking and very kind people

YOCHANAN FWhen I got U-haul it had 3/4 of gas tank, drove 7 miles and it was should 3/4 still. Despite that they still charged me 10$ for gas. I feel it's a lot, even assuming I spent 1 gallon of gas (which is probably on a higher side of estimate), and gas in CO.right costs around 3$/galon
