The location was convenient and the staff was helpful. The UHaul app was very problematic when I was trying to check in for the rental.

PAULA AI will never use U-Haul again. You changed my guaranteed location, last minute so I was forced to pay a $65 taxi fee to get to some random liquor store, gave me a truck with the ENGINE LIGHT ON that sounded like it was going to blow up, AND I was told it’s fine that you did this, there were no other choices, and I’m stuck because I just paid for it, the truck only had 1/2 tank of gas, there were 60 random blankets in the truck and to top it off you charged me a fuel charge because I didn’t return the truck with the exact little over 1/2 tank. You can take advantage of other suckers out there. Fool me only once!
