I suppose to get 100 miles free and then charged for miles. That a big red flag. Then van was nice. But the doors were kind of broke. Plus it might not hurt to run it through a car wash once a year.

John RI returned the vehicle at 1:54pm, handed the keys to the man behind the counter, he informed me that everything was good. I received a call the next day from uhaul informing me that I didn't return the van.

David AWhen booking the reservation, for which Uhaul would not allow me to speak to anyone but only do online, it asked if at the counter upon pickup, would I rather speak to someone to check in and get the keys or would I rather check in myself on the app. I selected to check in with a person at the pickup location so I didn’t have to use my phone. When I got there, the man behind the gas station counter told me I had to download the app, and that the option to work with someone is only there because his boss does paperwork sometimes. I don’t know what that means and the man behind the counter was nice but this was not a good experience and I will not be using Uhaul again. Instead of a smooth pickup experience, I was forced to stand inside a gas station and use my phone which delayed my entire moving process that day.
Desiree RThe woman inside gad NO Idea what to do for the rental she handed me a paper with the phone number to call... Needless to say when returning the vehicle she knew nothing about returning the vehicle and told me to but the key in the drop box... That being said I was charged for an additional day that I had already returned the vehicle with more gas than when I picked it up and if course was charged a ridiculous amount for 10 gallons of gas!!! Of course they would they own the gas station! I've rented many times but these small pickup locations are a joke because nobody cares about their job today...
Dante LThe person running the place was more worried about some guy playing video games then renting me the truck I never got my lease paperwork or anything the lady just kept saying is you have to call customer service the truck was dirty had to be swept and other pieces of garbage in the cab of the truck
Jeremy HI had a great experience with 24/7 truck share but the UHaul at One Stop and on Mundy Street in Wilkes Barre, PA both told me all of their trucks were reserved. Although they said this, I booked a 24/7 truck share and picked up a truck at One Stop anyway which turned out to be so convenient for me and a way around the employees stating the trucks were not available when they were just sitting in the parking lot anyway. 0 stars for the dealers and 100 stars for the 24/7 truck share option.

Francisco LThe guy here had no answer to why rate was so high. He said he was a only a middle man. After we left we called Uhaul & Christie was very nice, but the woman in scheduling was unfriendly. We were charged $100 extra for asking if we could drop at a different location about 3 miles away!! Obviously, we would have returned it to the original site if we had known that during scheduling, (which was done on the phone by a different gentleman than the one at the Wilkes-Barre rental site.) Not happy...
Lois GMy pick up and drop off location was changed without notifying me. I had to get a ride from one of the workers to the next location to pick up my truck. Then had someone calling me asking where the truck is since I was supposed to take it to them instead of my original drop off location. Uhaul locations were ok. It was “traffic” that I was told messed up.
BRANDON GLocation was great. However UHaul itself was a horrible experience. Pick up location was confirmed for Macungie PA, then the day before it was changed to Easton, PA. We drove an hour there on 9/2 only to be told when we got there the truck wasn’t there. It would have been nice to know that prior. The next day we had to drive 1 1/2 hrs to Wilkes Barre, PA to pick up the truck, which set out move back. When we arrived they did not have a dolly or furniture pads. But we were charged for them when we dropped the truck off. We had to pay extra to stay in our house an extra day, pay for the gas for two trips. Then we were charged for the furniture pads and dolly we never had and charged because the gas wasn’t filled al the way when we returned. I’m assuming we can bill uHaul for the extra gas we had to use??
John MEven though I completed the entire online check-in and payment process, I had to wait nearly 45 minutes for my rental. I also ordered two packs of furniture protectors and there were none in the truck when we finally got it.
George BI was supposed to pick this up at another location. I wasn't informed of this until the day before my pickup. I had to drive out of my way to get to this location. Then I went through the app to get my truck only to find out I had to submit a 2nd photo of my drivers license (they already had this from the pre-check in I did) and verify some things on the vehicle which were understanable. After all the picture taking and checking in, I still had to go into the building to get my key when there was a box outside on the wall of the building for key drops & pickups. Using the app was no timesaver at all. Just an overall frustrating process.
Doug SLocation was hard to find. Only one small sign indicated it was the drop off location.
Jose BWaited to check IN while store customers waited on......when returning uhaul the cashier could take our credit card but couldn't check truck or give us a receipt. Said we could come back later when someone else was there. We had to leave town and were nervous about charges. Disappointed with this location, have always used Kingston, PA. But not open as late.

Andrew CThe parking is tight - access and egress is difficult. The seats were not clean- had dust and down feathers. The cargo bed had dust. The passenger side mirror has manual adjustment -it’s too far to practically adjust while in the drivers seat.

Michael MClean the truck. Trash under seats. Get a human that can speak English to do the paperwork. Rented for 24 hours, was done in 10, called store and they said I couldn't return truck early and when I did return on the 23rd hour he tried telling me I was late by a day and that he didn't know how to print a receipt. The location was a crappy gas station, only 1 truck, no supplies like boxes available. Terrible experience this time.

KRANTI PWindshield molding was detached from window frame and made banging noise from Pa to Tennessee. I finally determined the cause of the incessant racket and bought some tape to reattach the molding. Person at vehicle pick up location did not know how to dispatch the vehicle. I had to call 1 800 number for instructions Vehicle was not clean.

alexandra vBetter expertise among the staff, more staff who understand the U-haul process. Had to wait over an hour for a staff member who could handle check-out, and said staff then video-conferenced a walkthrough of the process for over half an hour.
