Reserved 2 furniture dollys and 1 regular dolly when booking the truck. Neither were in the truck, asked the attendant about it and they just said they didn't know anything about any dollys. No communication from uhaul beforehand that the ordered dollys were not available. Had to move without them which made it 10x harder.

elijah gHorrible experience. The equipment was not in the back of the truck. I had to call 5 times to finally get things worked out and I was 5+ miles and 1+ hours in and I hadn't even gotten my trolly and blankets yet. Horrible.
