The location is behind a washateria and a pretty nasty store. No personnel on site. ZERO signage. I found it by accident after driving in circles. There were two Uhaul trucks parked there. That was the only indication of a drop off location. That part of town is dangerous. The parking area is filthy. Not safe. Homeless people probably sleep in or around the vehicles. The trailer is unlocked and unsecured. I left the blankets in the back as instructed. Lifting the trailer off my vehicle at 67 years old wasn't easy. Dangerous in fact. I should have gone to another location with Uhaul personnel on site. But, I went where instructed. Had I known of the situation in advance I would have gone somewhere else. Uhaul has no business doing business at this location. I went another Uhaul location close by and where I was told to go on the phone. But, they would not accept the trailer. In general, not a great experience

Austin SI did not fully understand going in that this is simply a drop box location. While it was mentioned during registration, it was not clear to me that there are NO UHaul services at this location.
Kent TReserved 2 furniture dollys and 1 regular dolly when booking the truck. Neither were in the truck, asked the attendant about it and they just said they didn't know anything about any dollys. No communication from uhaul beforehand that the ordered dollys were not available. Had to move without them which made it 10x harder.
