The storage unit was clean, easily accessible and well maintained. Personnel were pleasant and helpful. A good experience. Will rent again.

The people are always nice and helpful. They remind you if you forget to pay your rent. They have a generous grace period. Moving in and out were super easy and hassle free. The place is clean, dry, and secure. I had an indoor unit and it was perfect. My only complaints are: 1) they frequently closed the office before the advertised time of 5 pm. They also close randomly in the middle of the day. So, be aware of that and maybe call first if you want to make sure the office is open before driving down there. 2) they close off access at 9 pm. This was waaayyyy too early for me. There were so many times that I wanted to access my unit but it was already too late. If you're a night owl, find a place with 24 hour access. My suggestion is that they allow access until at least midnight. That would be a huge improvement. I personally, would love to rent from them again in the future IF they gave access 24 hrs or at least until midnight. I don't have a garage and I consider this as the cost of not having a garage.

The appearance, service and location of this unit is way above what I have experienced in the past. The moment you walk in to the office you will walk in to a clean and organized office and greeted kindly. Next I was shown to my unit and the lot is kept immaculate just like the units themselves. Glad I picked this location to store my belongings. .

Best storage unit I’ve ever rented! I had to store my stuff for nearly 2 years due to COVID remote work and I was so pleased with the facilities and staff at One Stop Mini Storage. I could not have asked for a better place to keep my belongings safe and sound!

Would have stayed, but needed to upsize and timing was not the best. Had to move over longer timeframe into larger unit, otherwise would have stayed. Great location, convenient access and great staff. If need storage, this is a great place to use.

My customer experience with One-Stop Mini Storage was exemplary. Cassie and her staff were nothing but warm, helpful, and always went the extra mile. There were a few times they accommodated me when they did not have to. You don’t expect that from a “storage facility”. I would absolutely use them again and recommend their services.
