Checked pitchThe whole place is infested with rats. We had rat droppings and pee all over our stuff. Furniture was chewed on. Manager when I first complained to made sure that they are not responsible for damage. No concerns about doing anything. I have lots of pictures. When I was talking to the manager about how disgusting it was at check out I was informed that they were out of rat traps. That’s a great comment. I did call the health department. I sure nothing will come of that.

Trash N | Overall ExperienceThe people are always nice and helpful. They remind you if you forget to pay your rent. They have a generous grace period. Moving in and out were super easy and hassle free. The place is clean, dry, and secure. I had an indoor unit and it was perfect. My only complaints are: 1) they frequently closed the office before the advertised time of 5 pm. They also close randomly in the middle of the day. So, be aware of that and maybe call first if you want to make sure the office is open before driving down there. 2) they close off access at 9 pm. This was waaayyyy too early for me. There were so many times that I wanted to access my unit but it was already too late. If you're a night owl, find a place with 24 hour access. My suggestion is that they allow access until at least midnight. That would be a huge improvement. I personally, would love to rent from them again in the future IF they gave access 24 hrs or at least until midnight. I don't have a garage and I consider this as the cost of not having a garage.

The moment you walk in to the office you will walk in to a clean and organized office and greeted kindly. Next I was shown to my unit and the lot is kept immaculate just like the units themselves. Glad I picked this location to store my belongings. .
