Gary WMy original reservation was made for a center in Hillsbough. I completed the reservation and the night before completed my on line check in. When I arrived at the location I was told they didn’t have the trailer and that U-Haul should have never taken the reservation. The agent in Hillsbough was kind enough to find another trailer but it was 30 minutes away. Because of Uhauls era my trip was over an hour longer than it should have been. I was not happy. I will make sure that I let others in know about Uhauls failure.
