I was charged for dolley and mats that were not in the truck.

This is the second time I rent from this company, the first time I was charged $80 for a parking ticket after I was told to park in that area by one of their employees. The second time I was charged for 23 miles when I only used 5 miles Lucky for me I took pictures before and after, but they are constantly overcharging or miss handling customers.

My move didn't go as planned, my fault, but the Team here was able to work with me and adjust as needed making the overall experience very successful. Would definitely use them again.

Really awesome customer service! The woman on the phone and the guy at the desk were both super nice and really helpful, we even returned our truck 30 minutes after they closed and they still parked it for us! Definitely will be coming here again for my next move!

Pickup was hectic. I specifically asked for a counter check in. When there, they told me that they couldn’t take my international drivers license even though it is specifically mentioned on the website that this is possible. They told me to go through the app in order to scan my license which was not possible since it doesn’t have a bar code (being a non US license). When explaining the situation and asking for them to find a way to take my license into account they didn’t offer any solution and started being rude even though I was just asking for a solution to rent my van as reserved. I will definitely not come back to this U-Haul place. Even though other places are really bad, this one was the worst I experienced.

Best place to rent from, everyone was so kind and helpful with anything needed. Pickup and drop off was done so fast and smooth.

I'm so disappointed. The truck was in very bad condition, and because I brought it 1 hour after the expected they charged me double the amount of money. From 60$ to 120$. I don't think I'll ever use Uhaul again and I'll make sure my friends and family don't use it.

The pick up process is extremely difficult.
