The shift handle for P.RND was not lining up to the gears. Had trouble lining the gears
Abiatar MI was charged twice by you guys which really sucks. I think sending a email about the things that need to happen before you can actually take the uhaul like the confirming ID and pictures and everything to give the customer enough time to actually drive especially given there is a set amount of time.
