Previous customer left the tank at 1/4 full so first stop was the gas station. Other than that, it was a really easy experience. I would go back to U-Haul if I ever move again.

FADI AThe location does not allow returns of UHaul merchandise. I think this should be changed but of course that is up to how UHaul wants to negotiate that.

The app was full of glitches and I do not have adequate documentation or access to it because of how U-Haul has designed the app. I am very disappointed in my experience with this rental process. The customer service representatives I spoke with via Chat were helpful, but I was left hanging by a telephone agent after asking for help in trying to leave my key in a lock box. Perhaps my question was difficult for her, but she could have let me know she needed more time. I need access to the documents indicating the lock box four digit PIN code. This is a horrible experience. Thank you very much.

PAUL TThe rental process needs to be improved. I went to the store to reserve a vehicle for the following day. All Information was taken including the credit card for payment. Next morning, I checked in remotely and had to reenter everything including the payment method. While I understand the need to scan my license to ensure I’m the one picking up the vehicle, the additional steps including having to re-enter almost all of my information is unacceptable.

And then tried to be complaining about it on the Google review. This place sucks and their excuses for bad attitudes and laziness didn't go anywhere anywhere with me.

I was a little frustrated that even though I put my driver's license information on the app, I had to do it again when I checked in. Also, when I was done, it asked me to fill out a survey on the movers to get my $5.95 deposit back. However, the only way to access the survey is to sign up with UHaul. (I don't use it enough to sign up). I would hope that whatever deposit I pay will be refunded without the survey requirement.
Elizabeth GI'm extremely concerned. I received an invoice that I returned the car as empty. That is impossible because I took the car 3/4 a tank... and only drove 42 miles. I paid 30 dollars at the gas station then returned the car back with 3/4 a tank.

Natanya SThe truck itself was definitely very dirty from the last person who drove it. I think they used the UHaul to transfer trash bags to the dump because it smelled horrible. However, all the employees who helped us were great and we were able to mask the smell with some furniture pads, so overall it was a positive experience.
Ethan EI just need an appliance dolly to move a bulky refrigerator. I liked being able to walk in, check it out, and leave with out mounds of paper work.
Darrow SI rented a small 10’ box truck to move some furniture it was a hot day and find out the A/C wasn’t blowing cold air please before you rent a truck make sure everything works.

Tommy SReaching U-haul and this location during my rental period was almost impossible, so I was unable to let them know I would return the vehicle late. Using the U-haul ap to check out the vehicle in the morning was very frustrating and I probably won't do it again.
Tod BThe only issue was that the cab smelled pretty bad. Old body odor, or something. I would recommend some sort of air freshener or something so it didn't smell like dirty clothes and sweat.
Adam WUHaul - Gauge was just under half full (which Uhaul document stated as half full) which I did not make a big deal about . Then when I brought it back UHaul wanted tank to be a little over half full exactly so for 1 gallon of gas charged $21...Beware scam just to make a few extra bucks! Ridiculous !! Do not use UHaul if another opton is available

Kelly ESal was great! Pick up was so easy. I got in the 10 foot U-Haul truck and drove away. Nobody looks forward to moving and Sal made the start of the day smooth and easy. The truck worked as it should. Return was fast and easy. Thanks again Sal, I’ll definitely be back when the need arises.

Rick NMy only complaint is with the UHaul app when returning the truck. The app required me to take and upload a picture of the gas gauge and odometer, but the app would not upload the picture. There was no workaround, and no instructions for assistance, so the app was stuck. I had to ask the attendant at the storage place to process the truck for me, which I'm sure was irritating for her. Frustrating experience because, essentially, the app didn't work.

Eliazar EWe came to pick up the truck, and the office/store was closed for 35minutes. The store manager was not attentive to the matter. On Friday evening everybody has a tight schedule. Additionally, as a customer we should be informed in advance that the credit card will be charged ahead, based on estimates and not based on factual, final metrics. Who wants to see all sort of "strange" transactions from your business on the banking account on the day when the truck was just picked up!!!
