The driver’s side mirror was cracked when I picked up the truck. The app wouldn’t let me list the issues I had with the truck: driver’s door sometimes won’t close & rear gate latch is hard to close.
David KAndrew gave great customer service! We had a reservation, so the whole transaction went very smoothly. It was a matter of signing, and then we had the truck and dollies. This was the second time we used a U-Haul truck from this location, and both times Andrew helped us tremendously. I highly recommend this N. Wayfield location for a U-Haul rental!
