Customer Reviews

Sheila, thank you for your help yesterday (Sunday). We were quoted $100. over the phone, $75 in person, and ultimately (only) $62. charged - exactly the trend I'd hope to see, as opposed to being quoted too low. In a perfect world, the office might have two staffers as we did wait ~10 minutes while the group ahead of us completed their purchase. Sheila managed the queue well enough, though. Thank you all for the good experience.

Checking out the vehicle was great but when I got into the van and started it the gas was no where near 3/4's of a tank as indicated on my paperwork. It was so far off that I went back into the office and had the lady come out to see. I should have had her redo the paperwork but she said as long as I brought it back close to where it was there would be no issue since she would be the one checking it in. I should not have counted on that. I used the van and only drove less than 30 miles total. Before dropping it off I put $15 worth of gas in it at the corner ARCO station. Had I known she would not hold true to what she said, I would have put in more at a much less amount than I was charged. I dropped it off before the location was open and received the invoice in my email to find that I was charged $13.50 for 3 gallons of gas! I called and spoke with Shiela and she claimed I brought the van back even lower than it was when I left. Not true, but since I didn't have her change the paperwork there is not much more for me to do. I could care less about the $13.50, chalk that up to trusting her. I'm just really upset on the principle of the matter. I took my time to go back in and bring it to her attention to make sure that I didn't get charged for it and I still get hit with the charge. Disappointing.

The gentleman should have asked me if I wanted to waive coverage; I have my own. Please refund the $10 back to me.

John was great. Very knowledgable and professional. Could not have gone more smooth.

Everything was great.
