Charles BI think that the trailer needs a jack. It’s a heavy trailer and a jack would make it a lot easier to connect/disconnect to the tow vehicle.

ALICIAM BO’Neill was great and so was the U haul on Sound Ave in Riverhead who helped me find the truck to rent. Joe from the uhaul on Sound Ave actually gave customer service, cared and is a huge asset to your brand. However my experience before Joe was HORRIFIC. The day before I was to pick up my rental in NJ someone called to tell me I had to drive another 178 miles to Pennsylvania to pick up my truck. No apologies, no help, No carting, it’s my fault cause I agreed to this on the internet! I explained I was driving 120 miles to my pick up place and can not add 360 miles to my trip!!! She said no trucks were available in NY or NJ. Obviously we know that is not true! We did not cancel because I had to have a truck. That evening I called the number twice before 7 and listened to a recording that someone would pick up. No one did. I called in the morning and same thing happened. They never even sent me the address of where I was supposed to pick up my truck. Finally I gave up and sure enough a nice man from where I was supposed to pick up the truck in PA called at 12:30 to find out where I was!!!!! So disappointing and I wasted hours of my time on this awful customer service. Really upsetting. Sure I will be using both Riverhead U haul locations because they are great but my opinion of the company, U haul is very poor. Not expecting a response but it would be nice. You have all the information on your end, do some research and you will see that this is exactly what occurred. Invest in customer service not this. Care about your customers and dealers because that produces lasting loyalty and brand appreciation.
