There was a man telling me how to back up, but since it was my second time driving a trailer, he shouted at me repeatedly in a very unpleasant manner-and I don't think that's how you treat a customer. We remained very respectful because he was an older man; we simply asked for respect and pointed out that shouting wasn't necessary.

The cell service at the site is not sufficient to upload any of the photos required to use the mobile app. As the only option at this site was to use the mobile app, I had to walk/drive back and forth to the road in front of the rental location to upload each set of photos for the mobile process. Took an hour to check in and 45 minutes to return the equipment.
WILLIAM SCustomer service was really friendly and courteous. They made us feel at ease and valued as a customer.
