Owner of the franchise threatened to report the truck stolen because we kept it 6 hours over and they had a reservation for the same truck. This is not a UHaul location. This is a franchise location and indicates that they aren’t doing proper inspections after rentals. The truck also drove SO rough. To the point that it almost felt unsafe. I have rented from a UHaul center and from a franchise. Will never rent from a franchise again.

NICOLAS CU-Haul has come a long way since the old days! Customer service is excellent and equipment as well. I like the fact that I was able to add my daughter on to pick up the van, leaving me out of the equation! I appreciate the great service the young lady rendered to my daughter, and will definitely use U-Haul in the future for my hauling needs.
MOLLY KThe truck had 102 miles left until empty upon pick up. I took a picture of this when I was still at the location. I filled the truck to 109 miles till empty and was charged $15 for not filling it to what they say was in it. Ridiculous.

Rodney PWhen I picked up the truck, the back was dirty, the gas cap was not attached and the manager said she would make sure that I was not held responsible for missing gasoline in the truck. She obviously lied and I will make sure everyone knows.

Emma BMy experience with U-Haul was incredibly disappointing. The manager, Ashley, was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and dismissive when I simply asked for clarification on my bill. What's worse, Ashley failed to provide me with essential details about my rental beforehand, conveniently omitting the $99 rental charge during pickup. This lack of transparency and poor customer service left a sour taste in my mouth. Steer clear of U-Haul if you value decent treatment and honesty.

Janine PI felt bad for the guy who was checking me in he only had to do U-Haul work he had to do lottery. He had to do the fuel pumps and the sandwich center for ordering he was one person having to stop and take care of other people while trying to check in my U-Haul I found this to be very unprofessional. U-Haul should have its own center in the store with its own person to check you in not at the front counter, where all the other transactions have to take place and the U-Haul drop off or purchasing have to wait.
Ellen FThe Van that I reserved was not at the location when I came to pick up the Van. The person did not return it on time. The Associate at the rental place tried calling him and he did not answer back. I was given a larger truck which was more than I needed. I had to wait 45 minutes to get the truck which put me behind my intended schedule. The phone calls to the client were not initiated till I arrived to pick up the van at the reserved time. I do not know your protocol but I think the calls should have been made earlier and a plan in place.
jim wWorst customer service experience that I can recall. Facility staff refused to provide any support for checkout experience, in addition to having an overall negative attitude from the outset of the experience. Staff claimed to have absolutely zero knowledge of mobile/afterhours drop off. This was my first time using U-Haul and would never do it again, nor will I return to patronize this establishment.
Monica JPeople were very friendly and very helpful. I reserved a truck and a dolly for my move. When I got there they did not have the dolly I reserved. The truck was not in good condition. My move did happen and I would still recommend uhaul to friends and family.
