My drop off location was also a gas station so I was able to fill up the truck there. That was the only convenient part about the drop off. The problem was that my drop off location was a gas station, UHAUL reservation center, convenience store, and Blimpe. All of which only had ONE person working and being made to cover everything all by themselves. When I went in to return the key and drop off the truck, I was informed by the lone employee that they would not be inspecting the condition of the truck because they just didn't have the time. I was told to bring the folded blankets into the store, and that they would check in my rental return later in the day when another employee finally showed up to work and they had the time. Honestly, the owner of this location should be whipped for only staffing one person to do so much work by themselves. I honestly felt sorry for the lone person working at this location. As I write this, I can't help but wonder if the truck will get returned properly or if there will be any unknow charges to my credit card. I dropped off the truck before the scheduled return time, but if it takes them hours to check it in because they are so busy, I wonder if I will be charged a late fee? Also, I was surprised the truck was not visually inspected upon being returned.

Francis KThe system allowed me to reserve a dolly online but when we arrived they did not have a dolly at that location. Otherwise, the experience was good and the lady was helpful.
