Jose O.The inside was clean but banged up badly. We were also overcharged for gas and took pics before/after to prove we filled it back up. Lastly, we had to go to a 2nd location to pick up the equipment dolly because they didn't have it at that location. Overall, will never use this location again. The pet son who checked us out was not helpful and told me I had to bring in the photos to prove where the gas line was at.

STEPHEN Z.I arrived on time to pick up the truck the representative was talking to someone and I waited 10 minutes when finally he was able. After I confirmed my reservation and he finished with the paper work he gave me the keys. I asked please come out with me outside to help me with question I had about the truck. His answer was let me to take care of this customer that just walk in before I can help you. I asked why he is not going to take care of me to the end before he wants to take care of a customer just walked in. He refused to help be and I took the keys and walked out angry. His responsibility was to take care of me to the end and help me to leave satisfied before he starts with a customer that she just walked in. Trouble customer service.

Dan Huy L.Needed an appliance dolly for a couple hours over the weekend, and Orchard Express was professional, quick, the same cost, and pulled through. Can't ask for more. The main U-Haul place fell through after telling me I didn't need a reservation for a dolly, and two other Neighborhood U-Hauls told me they couldn't rent dollies out without a truck rental. Orchard Express is my new go-to for Uhaul.

I really did not appreciate that, it caused me to get a late start on moving and added extra miles to what I thought I would be driving for the van. This is not the employees fault, they were great. It seemed to be an online booking issue.

I ended up having to drive to two additional locations to pick up furniture blankets because I was not informed there weren't any even though I had reserved them. This was not only disappointing and time consuming, it set back my move.
James M.Your app and online check in were terrible. The app would not take a picture of my license and the website wouldn't track my location as I sat in the parking lot. I had to come back when the office was open.

STEPHANIE RAE S.I used the mobile pickup everything went well until picking up vehicle it had me wait 30 minuted for “approval†on the website and then I had to start over and finally gave up and called the store. The person on duty was nice enough but by the time I got to the counter the site finally worked. I would invest a little bit more to take the site go smoother but overall still decent experience.

ANTONIO A.Poor customer service. They have services on their website that they do not provide. I reserved a van for 9am online through their self service that was listed as an available service on their website. The day before picking up my rental Scott calls me to let me know that is not a service they provide therefore my rental would not be available until an hour from the original scheduled time. He sounded unbothered by the inconvenience this caused me. Move forward to the morning off, a lady calls me to let me know they've been waiting for us since 9 for our rental so i let her know Scott had called us to let us know otherwise. Last, during check out time scott ended up charging us an extra 20 and couldn't figure out way. Will definitely used another location next time.

PAULINE C.There aren't enough rentals in the location. I was rushed to have the vehicle back so it could be rented to another person. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it, and I think I was charged for it (but the trucks are considered as an “all-day rentalâ€). I also think the mileage is too expensive is you are already charging for gas (if needed) and insurance. When you rent a 29.99 truck it turns into over $150.00 after the return (depending on travel). Someone with better price options will eventually take your business if you don't have something else to offer.
