JOSHUA HInitially, I wanted a 15 foot truck and an appliance dolly ended up settling for a 10 foot truck when I got to my old apartment. I realized there was no ramp. I had to return the truck for a 15 foot truck when I arrived to the establishment and explained to the man that this truck does not have a ramp I need a larger vehicle. He asked me did I go anywhere? Did I drive the truck and I told him I went home so it was the wrong truck came back. Whatever the miscommunication was he told me I drove 8 miles which was fine. I’ll pay for the 8 miles but I needed the 15 foot truck. He began to wanna argue with me about whether I drove it or not and he charged me $64 or $50 for taking the truck home and bringing it back for the 8 miles when I was on the phone with the person from U-Haul she said don’t worry about that. I won’t be charged for that. I then went to the Georgesville Road location and retrieved another truck with the assistance of maybe Nila or Nia. I don’t recall. I know she had a short name she was very polite impatient I interacted with her more than one time. The Georgesville Road location is much further like than the previous location so it cost me more money to use the 15 foot truck because I had to drive further to pick it up and take it back. It was an awful experience. It had a negative impact on my mental health I broke down crying several times throughout the day when I had a pick up time of 130. I had to reschedule it to 2 o’clock because I had to go and find the dolly and I didn’t end up actually starting to move until 330 or so because I didn’t have the correct equipment I had to drive around town. It was awful experience and it cost me more money. I had to go get a dolly from Home Depot, which was an additional $30. I will never use U-Haul again and I pray that I don’t have to move again in anytime soon because it was a awful experience and it drained my mental health the customer service of the men at the Orders Road place was horrible. I am not the only art Customer that they got into it with when I was trying to get the truck they were arguing with someone about Gas. I don’t know if it’s a language barrier or if it’s culturally these men are just disrespectful to women or rude to women, but I will never go to that establishment again despite the convenience

DWAYNE NIncrediable service at the Uhaul on Orders Rd Grove City. Bubba the owner of the Sunoco station gave me the best service. I said i was going to take an Uber to get there and he said he would pick me up!! What a great guy. Truck was in great shape and clean. Ran smooth on hwy.

James SGentlemen was EXTREMELY rude to my husband and son-in-law. Smoking while we were trying to get U-Haul. And 10 minutes after running my card after we dropped it off my card was compromised for over $2,000.00. Not accusing them but seems like a coincidence it was a few minutes after returning it. Will NEVER rent another U-Haul and be treated with disrespect.

RANISE SVery courteous and helpful. Appreciated the call the day prior to confirm extra equipment needed. Realize that this is a gas station/convenience store, so not helpful that pickup/return may be interrupted by someone wanting gas, lotto tix, etc.
ANNE PThey had many different sizes to choose from and it was located near a gas station which made it easy! It was an actual location to speak with a person to pick up and drop off and they were so friendly!
GARRETT IExtremely friendly, cordial, efficient gentleman was running the show. I have rented many of these trucks over the years and I honestly have never had an experience this good! He is not the closest to me, but I will make the trip to use him from now on. Very happy I did this time.

TIMOTHY GMy family has used Uhaul many times, and this is by far the best experience we ever had. The gentleman helping us was extremely helpful and courteous. He made pick-up and drop off seamless. I cannot stress how non stressful pick-up and drop off went! Both were super smooth. Another Uhaul location was closer, but this location’s reviews were so much better that we came here instead…and we are thrilled that we did! If I could give 7 Stars, I would!

MOHAMMAD ZU-Haul app wouldn't alllow me to pick up my reservation without going inside, The Rental i reserved was not Available when i went to pick it up, I was given a Larger option at the same price, this was my 1st time renting from this location and i will definitely return.

ANDREW CReserved truck on line. When I arrived at the the location, I handed the employee behind the counter a copy of the reservation. He had not been trained on the U-Haul aspects of the business as he did not have any idea what this was about. After another employee came in, the rental process went smoothly. Truck was ready, clean, and did everything it was rented for.

ALLEN WEverything was great. I had some trouble with attaching and releasing the trailer because of its weight, but other customers nearby helped me.
D RWe returned it with a little more gas than it was given to us with, we mentioned it to the attendant and told him we didn’t get a full tank when we picked it up, we have a timestamped pic for proof. He told us we wouldn’t be charged, but I was charged $39. Terrible business
HEATHER DNafez was super hospitable, and did a great job helping me check in and help with the process. Since I’ve moved to this side of town, I’ll definitely be using this location for all my U-haul needs! Five stars!

SELBY RWhat a fun experience. Down to Earth guy at the register, who I assume has to be the owner, was competent and confident and that leaves room for a relaxed and fun rental experience. Did all the checks with a smile on his face and with a real eye for safety. A+++
