The truck was filthy, smelled.like smoke so bad it made me nauseous, I had to clean up someone elses mess.and garbage in this truck so I didnt get charged for it.

BRENT GDon't add the safemove insurance on online reservations that declined it at time of making online reservation. Adding it at check in when picking up without customers knowledge is inappropriate and unethical. It causes distrust in the customer service experience and causing unexpected charges that a customer may not be prepared for. Other than this the pickup location and interaction was very good.
