I wasn't notified that the place was closed on the day I returned it or I wasn't aware I had to return truck online the person should have let me know these things but they didn't charge me the 20$ fee for not returning online so I cannot say anything bad about themJoann R.

I booked my truck in person at Legacy Auto and Uhaul moved my pickup to a different location. Took over an hour to navigate the inefficiencies of the system.Douglas C.

Dropped off on a Sunday, was on hold 20 minutes waiting for assistance, was told to check in online even though was on the phone. Unable to load website because of poor signal. Called back, on hold for 15 minutes, rep I spoke with Nubia Aldaba, told me to take photos of dash, cab, and cargo area and send to email address she provided. I did as instructed within 1 hour when I had a strong enough signal to use my phone. Never got a response until the following day which was a charge for LATE drop off! Called again, on hold again, told rep what happened and she states she cannot do anything because she is in Arizona and I'm in Kentucky. She told me someone would get back with me â€œas soon as possibleâ€ which never happened. Also sent another email and of course no response. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Rude unhelpful reps, a joke trying to reach someone by phone. Why would they not take care of check in when your on the phone with them? No, go to the website that you can't access when you're in an area of poor reception, call back and be on hold forever, only to get NO RESPONSE and charged EXTRA for pathetic customer service. I'd prefer not to have the blankets and dolly in the truck when I didn't request them.. Took up minimal space, but enough that I had to disassemble a piece of furniture and move it in my car.DEBBIE C.
They are charging me for gas even though I picked the truck up at 1/2 a tank instead of a full tank. So the person who rented it to me told me to bring it back at a half a tank of gas. I better be getting a refund for the 56.25 of extra money they charged me this is ridiculous. Watch your bank account take pictures of gas before and gas after you fill it up to where it was at.Amanda L.

Thought the price was to high. Rented 6 x 12 trailer from London, ky to Louisville, Ky back in August 2018 price was $85.00. Rented the same size trailer February 2019 from same Location in London, KY to Pigeon Forge Tenn, price was $197.00. about the same distance to Louisvill, KY.calvin C.

I found out that to rent one way is three time more expensive. Then renting for two way. It less ware and rare on you equipment so I not sure why it be three thins more the costroy S.

Be honest and give people enough milage to at least make it to their new home. Added toll dolly and blankets were on my truck that I did not need and it took up space for some of my boxes! An extra 30 dallors was taken from my account without notice, for 56 miles over??? Never will I or my family use uhaul again.patty L.

Rental Facilities were acceptable. Sent email about the rest of my horrible experience due to truck issues and lack of help from roadside assistance. I have used U-Haul at least five times personally and dozens of times for my business. I will hesitate to use U-Haul in the future because of my last rental.Daniel V.
Customer service was a joke, every time I tried to call they would have to transfer me then the line would get disconnected. Was told I could rent the trailer for one day, when arriving to pick up and pay I was then told I could only get it for a minimum of 4 days. When I called back about the drop off location customer service was errogant and rude. Overall the u-Haul experience I had was terrible and will never recommenddennis T.

The online system lacks. When doing a vehicle compatibility check it would be helpful to show why the towing setup the customer has doesn't work. I had to buy a stronger hitch which was not problem but had I known prior that my current hitch lacked I could have saved time guessing. Also when i reached the additional items screen the hitch I was recommended was too light in weight rating as well. This area would be a great place to put a recommended hitch. Also the U-Haul dealer should carry the maximum hitch that can tow the biggest trailer that U-Haul offers. They did have a hitch with the rating but it was not from U-Haul. They just had it for sale through their business which was a hardware store.Brent C.
