The work you have to do to rent a truck is beyond belief. All the pictures you have to send in initially and afterwards is crazy. The customer does all the work and it takes 45 minutes to fill out all the paperwork. I had to be connected to 3 different operators before I could rent the truck. I will think twice before I rent again. Additionally, one moment my phone says the final cost is $110 and next thing I know I am being billed for $130. I have not even received a bill showing me the breakdown and why it is higher. Your company has gone too far in expecting the customer to do all the paperwork to sign out a truck. The guy at the location said that they have a choice of doing absolutely no paperwork and it is up the customer to book the vehicle on the phone thus providing me with no help what so ever. Not everyone is internet Savy.
