They charge me fuel charge even i fillup gas on the same gas station, they also select coverage during checkout process. don't trust this location

Please improve your technology and driver approval process. I had rented the truck foe 2 hours out of which half an hour was wasted on check in.

SAYED AI reserved U-Haul already for 3:30 pm I arrived on site for pickup at 3 pm and I get U-Haul at 4:30 pm. Worst experience ever I had.
Suhaskumar POur reservation was changed from Kingston Rd to this location. While the people were friendly, this was a self-checkin which we did not reserve. We had planed to check in at the counter. This kind of change should not have been recommended to us. This added a lot of time to our check-in process.
