My problem was not at all with the location, but it was with Uhaul and your "upick up". My pickup was supposed to be ready by 6am, and when I went by at 8am trying to get access to the key through my phone would not work. I followed the directions and nothing. I reached out to your support to have them call back but didn't get a text back for a while! I did the LIVE chat and that wasn't helpful with the first time I did it, and then when I did it later they said they were going to go update things in their system...eventually it worked as it was supposed to, BUT I ended up taking 1 hour while standing in 30-degree temps outside waiting for it to work. I also lost almost an hour of moving time which made all of our helpers sit around and just wait on us. Pretty frustrating!

CLYDE DI was sent to a different location first only to find that the equipment I had scheduled to pick up was not available. After many phone calls I was then sent to the location in Siloam for pick up. Was told U-Haul showed the equipment on inventory but it was not at the first location in Colcord, OK.
