His location hours weren't the most convenient, we had to pick up before noon on a Friday as he's not open on weekends. We also finished with the trailer a day early, but had to wait as he wasn't opened. But overall, it was a great experience!

Marry mMy problem was not at all with the location, but it was with Uhaul and your "upick up". My pickup was supposed to be ready by 6am, and when I went by at 8am trying to get access to the key through my phone would not work. I followed the directions and nothing. I reached out to your support to have them call back but didn't get a text back for a while! I did the LIVE chat and that wasn't helpful with the first time I did it, and then when I did it later they said they were going to go update things in their system...eventually it worked as it was supposed to, BUT I ended up taking 1 hour while standing in 30-degree temps outside waiting for it to work. I also lost almost an hour of moving time which made all of our helpers sit around and just wait on us. Pretty frustrating!
