This places closed down completely for lunch. I had ask for the truck for 12h30pm. All was supposed to go smoothly. When I finally reach someone. He was not friendly at all. I did not get truck to my house which is about 3 km from the pickup location till 1h45 pm. I lost over 1 hr of loading time.. I had to rush to meet my deadline. Not impressed with there service. If 12h30 was a problem. They should of called to let me know so that I could of made arrangements with my helpers.

I booked on Lakeshore Drive North Bay, and was directed to this location which is 20 mins west of North Bay. A North Bay location would have been more convenient for drop off. Location at Oscarl's was large and easy to park at and the unit was well maintained and mechanically sound. Thanks.

My reservation was originally at 160 pinewood park dr. Cal lander. No people at site. Not the right address. Trailers frozen to the ground. No one there to help load the trailer. No one there to show you how the trailer hitch works. Terrible location and terrible staff that tell you nothing. While we were there in our mess, a lady arrives to pick up a truck, with no one there no keys available. You have to drive back to North Bay to get any info. Will never use this site again.

I had to travel 45 minutes the wrong direction of my trip to get this trailer, U haul really needs to start keeping trailers available at ALL their locations... Also, it costs extra to drop the trailer off elsewhere which is a scam in itself so after a 12hr day of driving I had to again drive another 1.5hrs round trip to drop off the trailer rather than the location 5 minutes from my house.

the trailer should be cleaned and the tung of the trailer should be mounted on a 4x4 block to be easy to lift and conected to the truck and not frozen in the ice.

This was booked two weeks in advance with a pickup location on our route. Don't email an equipment “pickup location” change 12 hrs beforehand! We drove an extra 80 km off our route to get the truck

My truck wasn't read at my pickup location. Had to drive 2 hours out of my way to get another truck at a different location. Truck was full of snow and iced up. Took half hour to clean the snow and ice off of it. The box of the truck leaked a lot and some of my belongings got wet and I wasn't impressed

Unable to bet my deposit back and was told to come back in a day or two when the girl who knows how to do it, can help me. Very inconvenient service, should be able to pay online as well as get your deposit refunded. Have had to drive back and forth 3 times!!!

I booked a 6x12 trailer 2 weeks in advance. I received a call on the Monday morning, just before my scheduled pick-up time of 10AM from your North Bay location. I was told that the 6x12 was not in North Bay and there was nothing available in North Bay and nothing they could do. I received another call shortly after from your 905 area code U-haul office telling me the trailer I had booked was in Cache Bay (100km round trip). I was told if I wanted a 6x12 I would have to drive to Cache Bay to pick it up. No responsibility was accepted by U-Haul and I was not compensated for my gas, wear and tear to my vehicle nor my time. Bad experience and in our opinion, U-Haul is unreliable and it doesn't matter how far in advance you book. Our moving plans turned into a high stress affair.

Our requested location was not Cache Bay. Only three days prior we received a call saying our trailer would be ready to pick up (on the requested day) in Cache Bay (1 hour from Sudbury). This was very frustrating. Our phone call to customer service was not too helpful either. I've ran into similar challenges with uhaul before and I am not impressed.

A little pricey. And started my rental with less than half a tank of gas. Should have been full, and replaced to full. Not trying to figure how much to get it back to 7/8 of a tank.

The gas level she told us it was at in the truck was not accurate on arrival so we filled extra gas for nothing, then when we dropped off the truck the uhaul location was closed so it was a whole problem to get the truck inspected and deposit to be repaid, something that should've been mentioned

Lights on the trailer did not work. I was told it was my truck that was the problem. I took my truck and the uhaul trailer to my maintenance garage and it was determined that your trailer wiring was faulty causing my truck to blow fuses.

I call 5 times on the Monday morning to see if they had my paper work to make sure everything was ok and did not receive a call from them but receive an email at 3 that afternoon not acceptable not happy I would give them a -5 but there is no -5

The only concern I had was there parking lot was very icy and they had no salt to put down I had trouble getting in and out of the parking lot.

The person at the location was friendly and very helpful. However the truck that I rented was extremely dirty, someone had used it to move shingles and therefore the truck was covered in shingle bits and tar. There were shingle pieces in the roof cross bars inside the truck bed. The person at this location made the appropriate calls to help get the situation rectified. And blankets were provided to protect out stuff. Arrangements were made to meet the manager of the area to assess the truck filth. Very friendly and helpful.

The pick up location gave me more km due to a change in pick-up required by U-Haul. They informed me that. since I requested a 17' truck, but ONLY a 26' truck was available, I could ask for a reimboursement. They gave me a phone number. The drop off location charged me $2.26 for extra mileage, and it cost me almost double in gas. They informed me that no rebate was possible. The phone reps also gave no refund for spending so much on gas for a truck almos double the requested size.

U haul displace me 40 min out of the pick up place so that add 80 min on top of the 8 hour drive I had to do. The day of the pick up the owner of the garage I had my pick up displaced at had left with the car bogey without register it so when I showed up I was not able to pick up the truck. I had to redo the 80 min drive because I had an appointment at work and was not able to wait for the owner to show up. When I drove back to pick up the truck I was so so late on my schedule that I was no able to propelly inspect the trailer. The trailer had a tail light fixed and wires fixed with old transparent tape. The lady when I drop up the truck was able to see that it was old tape and the damaged were old and that I did not made them. When I called to complain about the situation the lady on the phone was so agressive that she almost told me to shut up and that was the Uhaul experience .My drop off expirence was good but the pick up was so shitty that I will never again rent a truck from Uhaul even if your competitor charge double the amout. I also will share my experience with my friends and online media friends so more people could share the experience they had with your client service. You have lot of improvement to do

The person at the front didn't seem to know the computer system well as he had so much trouble checking me in. He overcharged me and did not put the correct drop off place because he made me a new reservation instead of just using my existing reservation which outlined the correct price and drop off location. Just hope that for the next time, the process to pick up a u-haul is more efficient.
