It was an after hours drop off no one to talk to and no going in side. It was just a key in the box. Glad for the location as it was closer to where I moved to.

GARY BThe truck was filthy inside and stunk. I had to clean the inside, spray it and put in an air freshener. I don’t believe U-Haul has a policy on making sure vehicles are clean before being rented out again. The young lady I dealt with was polite and did her best as the truck had been returned recently. However, U-haul needs to have a policy to make sure the inside is clean
