The check engine light came on when I was on my way back to drop the truck off and when I made the person aware of said issue, all that was asked is if the truck still ran.
Cory IWhen a customer signs up for one location let them go there. Don't send them to another. I lived only a mile away from the location I choose, instead they sent me to a location about 10 miles away. I was not happy with my service this time. I am sorry I cannot give a Paige review.
Michelle MThey have no return key box outside their business for uhaul. Was on phone with uhaul corporate when the gentleman that was working was yelling and screaming at us. He kept telling us to call uhaul corporate I stated him I already have them on phone and they hear you. As uhaul agent asked me to walk in front of building to look for uhaul return key box two of the gentleman that was working friends came charging at me asking me what I was doing and I told them I have uhaul on phone we are looking for drop of key box. They started yelling at us. The uhaul agent advise us to hand them the key and remove ourselves from the hostile situation. That's what we did. I would never suggest this business. We pay big dollars to rent uhauls for this business to be rude.
