They are very very rude people if they was the last ones with a U-Haul I would rather walk with my whole house than ever in my life rent from them they don’t give you a price they just charge your card then I asked how much was it and he told me to check my receipt he never told me anything about the U-Haul I had to keep asking questions that he should have explained I don’t care how much you need to move don’t ever in life use this place they need to be shut down fast not slow I give it a double 0 across the board…….worst place ever 💯💯💯💯👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Neil DI was not told about being the check in link being texted to me. By the time I stopped and clicked through it it said the link was expired. The inside of the truck was filthy, had broken pieces of furniture and trash. When I returned the truck they claimed the gas gauge was at half when it was almost empty and that the starting miles was 50 miles less than what it actually was, so I was charged twice as much. If I could give negative stars, I would.
Jordan SThe truck had a low tire warning. At the return, the person stated he had looked at the tires and all seemed to be inflated. He should checked them with a tire gauge and determined for sure if a tire was low or the equipment had failed and was misreading it. Made me nervous. The fuel in the tank was at less than a quarter, stated I had 75 miles to empty. If that is accurate, and sometimes it is not, I was worried that I might run out of gas. Overall, I appreciate you being in business and I accomplished the move for my daughter. Over all grateful!
MARTIN GI dropped off a day early with extra gas - they said no paperwork needed. I was charged an additional day. Will never use again or recommend- whole process what a joke.
