We brought the truck back around 4:30 pm. No one was there, we were on our own
MICHAEL BIt's not really the location. It's UHaul customer service. I didn't get clear instructions on how to pick up with my phone in any email receipts, nobody was around to help, no human answered any number. I finally had to go out and use data on my cell to RESEARCH how to pick it up. Simple solution - send better instructions! Then when dropping off, I used a TON of data. I was not warned about this fact and again nobody was there or answered any messages. I still have yet to receive any answer to my requests for help. Baaaad experience. I also think I might have been overcharged.
Sara SWhen someone rents a dolly it’d be a good idea to put it in the truck if location is closed and not charge someone for something that’s not there.
randy fThe location was fine, but that was all. I had to call customer service & spend 30 minutes to check in. I couldn't locate the lock containing the key. My seat couldn't pull forward enough for me to reach the pedals. My mirrors couldn't turn in a way I could see to reverse or safely change lanes. It took 10 minutes to find the mileage because I couldn't find the button to change the display or a manual to tell me how. The checkout required me to take way too many pictures.

Mark BTerrible experience. Will not be recommending to the people I sell homes too. Absolutely poor communication and understanding of the issues. Unaware, and inconsistent.

Constance SI don’t like picking up U-Haul’s from storage facilities because they don’t care about the U-Haul rental. They care more about their own sales with storage units. I picked up a U-Haul from there and returned it when I was done. I wanted the lady to do a walk around with me on the truck so that we are both on the same page but she refused to come outside. So what if she claims there to be damage on the truck and I didn’t cause it? Now it’s my fault right? From now on, I’ll just rent from actual U-Haul locations only.
Bilal JWhen signing up I thought my 10’ moving van was $0.79 per mile but told since weekend $1.29 per mile. At 14 miles not a lot of difference. Uhaul should be clear on this when booking. Everything went smoothly.
