I don’t have any feedback on the location but lots on the app and the process. You need to have updates to the app so when there is a change to a location you get the reason why. It is frustrating when you reserve ahead of time and have no reason why a location was changed. So a notification and reason would be a good addition. Also numerical field the whole keyboard should not appear. Also you should allow the loading of the pictures and driver’s license before hand lots of time wasted and it could have been handled before. You could do a verification at the time of pick up.

Not sure, Brenton and Steve were exceptionally great already.
silvia eDrop off location changed the day of reservation due to full capacity at original drop off point. Reservation was made by U-Haul, not myself, a week in advance. No clear indication of where to park uhaul during after hours.
