Truck was full of trash. Wanted to rent a dolly and paid for one with my reservation. When I asked about the dolly at time of pick up I was then told they don’t have any extra equipment. I was told they would figure out how to reimburse me.

HIRAL PThey rented the truck I had a reservation for to someone else. I had to take the bigger truck that was $10.00 more. I had no choice I was moving that day. They took almost a half an hour trying to get things corrected in the system. They were speaking to someone on the phone to try and get it straightened out. Will not rent from this location again.
TAMMY BI rented a dolly online. When I looked in the truck there wasn’t one. When I asked for it, they said they didn’t know I asked for one, and that they had lost all of theirs. I asked them to take it off my bill and they did but I didn’t have the dolly I needed when I moved. Also this grocery store gets busy and you might have to wait in a long line.
Katherine KAttendants at grocery were helpful and efficient. Location very convenient for me. Truck accelerated and decelerated occasionally at higher speeds on highway. Made us nervous and unsure what we would do in the event of a breakdown. Felt cost was a bit expensive.

Jim TCome and wait for an hour to find out that the website is down. I have to come back the next day. I wasted money because I hired 2 guys to help me I have to send them home but I have to pay them.
John NThe right side mirror didn't work. I felt completely blind on my right side. Due to time constraints I could not pick a different vehicle. The location forced us to return it to their location instead of a close by drop-off. Then charged me for not filling gas despite the mirror making my entire right side blind. The website should have listed more detail... I would not have rented from this location.
Gary STruck was filthy around the seats, floors were dirty, the back of the truck had stones and a furniture leg in it. The passenger side view mirror is broken so that it goes back and forth and is unusable when driving. When going down a hill, it sounds like the transmission is going out. When we called to tell the store about the mirror, his suggestion was to tape it...to actually put tape on it to hold it in place. It was too last minute to get a penske so I was stuck with it. I rent a truck weekly for business, always a penske. The mileage is 20 cents less than uhaul, the trucks are sparkling clean and never had an issue at all. This was the most disappointing rental ever.

Gwendolyn SMy rental wasn't ready when I got there and when I returned it it took them 2 hours to submit that they received the truck I had to call the 1-800 U-Haul to see if the truck was returning to the system and it wasn't I'll call the place where I got the truck and ask them why did not submit that the truck was returned at 5:00 and didn't receive no text or no email about the truck being returned until after 7:00
Omaira CTruck was dirty. Broken glass all over back of truck. I was charged a refueling fee despite returning the truck with more gas than I started with.

Angela RThe truck had dried blood and meat tissue rotting in it. It smelled awful. When I let the owner know, they just got quiet. I don’t know if it was previously used for a butchered deer or for their company. Would not recommend.
Colin FI did not receive a copy of what I was charged for rental. I would like a copy of what was charged to my card.
DEBRA LConvenient for drop off. Was hoping to get a receipt but the owner just took the keys. I later received an additional charge for fuel and I thought that we had filled the tank to the same level as pickup. There is no verification of this because the vehicle was not looked at. Very friendly gentlemen.
Robin FWhen return the truck the person that receive the truck/key could have more attention to the customer. I was a first time customer and he did not explain me noting just repeat you are good to go, I ask for instructions one more time and he said agai you are good to go. The truck the app is awesome I was able to get the truck by myself. I really enjoy the experience
Rodrigo CIt was my actual first time using it myself. It was not a great experience from picking it up 1 1/2 away and I was not given any other location that could work for me. As well as the returned didn’t have the closets location to me I dropped it off near me not were It told me too and I got a phone call for it as if it was a crime. Turned it in early and still no curtesy charge For miles paid for miles and rental over $300 very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I received.

Richard RHave someone at the location that specifically deals with UHaul customers. Had to wait behind three grocery shopping customers to get help and then when I couldn’t get the truck to start I waited five minutes for the man to come back upstairs. I was paying movers by the hour.

Katiuska TBe sure the people at the grocery store know how to manage your system. First my order was change from Friday to Thursday. I got them to be sure I had a truck for Friday and I was not charged for Thursday. When I went to pick up the truck on Friday, they had it assigned to another person. Then they change that person's order to me. I will never rent a vehicle from them again and will steer all my friends away from them.

Rhonda JThe store was very busy and was delayed in getting the rental. When I went to the truck to confirm the blankets and dolly were in the truck, they were not. I had to go back in to the store and again wait in line to get assistance. When they did bring me the dolly, they brought me the wrong kind.
Philip SRescind the U-Haul Authorized Retailer contract from these people. The woman was especially rude, unprofessional, and of generally low character. She has no business anywhere near customers.

Stan SThe parking lot is too small for the amount of trucks they have and the number of customers at the store. Difficult to return the truck when cars are speeding into the parking lot. Also the U-Haul app pickup was awful and makes me not want to use U-Haul again
David ACould make it a bit clearer where to go. I saw the trucks, but unless the manager was there to meet me I would have had trouble finding the desk.
